I love how some of these are really beautiful peaceful, magical little glimpses into Riona's Dream World, some of them are alarmingly accurate episodes of House, and some of them create an entire injoke about a giant animatronic pig. Although ngl if a giant animatronic pig becomes Tumblr's next new sexyman I will live in fear of your psychic powers.
