Re: Protag's body - it isn't a Portable thing, no. It's referenced in The Answer, iirc. Which I highly encourage you watch if you don't want to play, the story isn't nearly as expansive or long as the main game. It's basically an epilogue that also wants to kick you in the teeth.

For PQ, I can confidently say two things about it. 1) I don't love the way they've written Akihiko in it but I love everyone else; and 2) It is the second time in my life that Ashly Burch's VA work has made me cry like a little bitch. Don't be fooled by how chibi and fanservice the game initially presents itself as, it is waiting to punch you in the heart. All that to say, I def recommend it!
