There is a formula there: Answer Normal is vanilla P3 Hard. Answer Easy should then be vanilla P3 Normal.

There are multiple LPs available for the P1 / P2 games via You Tube. Highly recommended. I most recently watched one for the PS1 version of P1 so I could compare it to the PSP version that I beat.
