I do kind of love screwed up love stories, but. OKAY, serious question: does it involve a gay or trans person who doesn't get a happy ending, because I have banned those narratives for 2018.*

E-except for The Broken Earth trilogy, because everyone in that trilogy gets a terrible ending and it's just kind of par for course.

*"bad ending" meaning, like. Their partner breaks up with them to go be with a person of the opposite sex! or their partner dies! or THEY die! or they/their partner ends up in a mental institution! etc.
