I don't know yet whether this is actually a surprise incest story. (I don't even know whether it's actually going in a Mitsuki/Takuto direction or they're just teasing the hell out of me.) Fingers crossed it isn't! (...by which I mean 'fingers crossed it isn't incest'; I would be more than happy for it to be going in a Mitsuki/Takuto direction.) It seems so wholesome and child-friendly, but, as I say, you never can tell with anime. I just want the show to confirm that he isn't her dad so I can keep uncomplicatedly 'shipping these two.

Well, all right, she's (sometimes) twelve and he's the god of death who's there to take her soul, which makes it a bit complicated, but I can get past that.

(I'm not sure I can actually get past the fact that she's twelve, but so long as there's no sort of sexual contact I think I'll be all right.)

A weakness for person/vehicle is clearly the best sort of 'shipping habit.
