There is a part of me that wants to 'ship Roy/Hughes, but I can't, because Hughes would never, never, never betray his wife.
I am SO GLAD that I'm not the only one who thinks this. I'm just as good at not 'shipping any pairing at all in a show as I am with 'shipping every pairing possible in a show, and FMA falls into the former category. I'm pretty much not a fan of incest ever, as long as the sibling relationship is strong enough, because what more do you need? So there goes Ed/Al, and no Roy/Hughes because of the obvious, and there just isn't anybody else I'd bother with 'shipping in this show.
I agree with the Ed/Winry thing too. I liked that there was a chance of maybe something happening, but then it was eventually obvious that they should just be good friends and that would be okay. No, it would be awesome. And it was. Because Winry was awesome. Nobody makes better auto mail that Winry does, yo.
